Francesca’s Italian Kitchen to offer wine dinners and
cooking classes
Temecula, CA; When you walk in the doors of Francesca’s Italian
Kitchen, you know right away that you are a part of the Francesca
family. When you receive the menu, you can tell that lot of thought
went in to every delicious dish served. And when you receive your
meal, you can taste the freshness and true Italian flair with every
bite. Francesca’s Italian Kitchen opened their doors six months ago
to raving restaurant reviews. Now, they are excited to share their
passion through cooking classes and wine dinners.
Beginning this month, Francesca’s will host monthly events and
cooking seminars. Here’s how this month’s events unfold:
• Sunday, May 11 (11:30am – 4pm): Mothers Day Specials. $15.95
per person. Champagne or Mimosa included. Menu includes choice of
minestrone soup or mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, pinenuts and
gorgonzola cheese; ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach
in a marinara sauce; choice of salmon with balsamic vinaigrette,
mushrooms and artichokes, chicken breast with mushrooms and a cherry
wine creamy sauce, veal scallopini with lemon and white wine capers
or lasagna sheets with ricotta, meat sauce, marinara and basil; and
either cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake or a blueberry tart for
dessert.
• Monday, May 19 (6:30pm): Italian Cooking Class. $40 per person.
Menu includes stracciatella, lasagna and ricotta cheesecake. •
Thursday, May 29 (6:30pm): Wine Dinner. $65 per person. Menu
includes misto fritto, ravioli beef, salmon, filet porcini and crčme
brulee. Wines include vernaccia castellani 06, casal moro 06,
chianti castellani 04, brunello innocent 01 and auereus ice dessert
wine.

Francesca’s also offers daily lunch specials for $12. Menu items
include a choice of salad or soup, a choice of ravioli, fettuccine
alfredo or pesto, rigatoni meat sauce or fargalle with chicken. All
lunch specials also include a beverage.
